Reyana Ewing, MPH, RD, CLE is a registered dietitian, wife, mother, and athlete who is passionate about nutrition and helping others achieve their goals. Reyana received her undergraduate degree in Nutrition at Georgia State University where she was All-Conference champion three consecutive years and her Masters degree in Public health from UCLA. She is also a Certified Lactation Educator.
Running came later in 2002 as a way to lose weight after having her second daughter. With running and healthy balanced eating she was able to lose 50 pounds and keep it off eversince.
